What We Are…

As a full-service Property Management firm, we provide:
  • Customer Vision
    • Customer Vision drives everything that we do. It’s seeing our business through your eyes and responding to your needs at or above your expectations.
  • Tenant Placement
    • We continuously advertise and take numerous calls daily to keep properties fully rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an online application, then we follow up to verify their employment and rental history. This helps assure that your property will have the highest quality tenants possible. This includes credit and criminal screening of all prospective tenants. Remember, we guarantee all tenants placed, so we have the same vested interest as our owners.
  • Automation
    • Our company is highly automated. Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide various reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, tax information to your accountant, and a host of other reports with the touch of a button. You will be provided with your own private owner’s portal online. Your tenants are also provided with their own private online portal. for online payments and repair requests. Everything is easy and trackable.
  • Maintenance Services
    • Anyone in business knows that employees are the most expensive component of a business. For this reason, we use fully vetted and licensed experts in their respective fields to maintain your investments, without incurring the cost of employing them. This allows us to be nimble to ensure our clients are always getting the best service for the value. All craftsmanship is inspected first hand by WGPM and is guaranteed. We even have a service plan that covers the first $100/month of any repairs that may need to be completed.
  • Collections and Evictions
    • Our responsibility. Simple and painless for the owner. We even have a service plan that covers the cost of an uncontested eviction.
  • Three Management Plans
    • Silver: Full-Service
    • Gold: Full-Service + We Cover the Cost of an Uncontested Eviction
    • Platinum: Full-Service + We Cover the Cost of an Uncontested Eviction + We cover up to 2 months of lost rent should the tenant default

What We Are NOT…

As a full-service Property Management firm, we provide:
  • The Cheapest Service
    • We are, however, very competitively priced. In fact we offer three different service plans for you to choose from.
    • We cannot be the best and the cheapest. Our owner clients are value shoppers, not price shoppers.
  • A Franchise
    • Buying into a franchise to appear larger and more experienced is not our game.
    • WGPM was built from the ground up over 13 years and designed specifically with the owner’s interest in mind.
